Inspired by studying craftmen’s shops in Florence, Italy, Packard took a job working on a wooden yacht in Greece. Rae Packard joined the staff in 1989 as a kitchen planner. She combined her education in architectural history with a talent for design to Packard Cabinetry as their lead Certified Kitchen Designer.

Designer Brodie Smith began his 20-year career in cabinet design while in Canada. He eventually became a partner in a custom cabinet shop, and owned a cabinet store in Petoskey, Michigan for several years. read more
