Kitchen Remodeling. It’s one of the most requested types of remodeling projects there are. We spend a substantial part of our day in the kitchen, so it’s no wonder that we become dissatisfied with the function and aesthetics of our kitchen as time goes on.

Every several years, our needs change, our design aesthetics become more sophisticated, and appliances begin to fail. Our Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) will meet with you to evaluate your current kitchen layout vs. your imagined kitchen layout and will provide suggestions that will work best for your specific space.

After meeting with you, our CKD will study your kitchen dimensions and your kitchen wish list and will work to compile a new floor plan, elevations, as well as a 3D rendering of your space. This gives you the opportunity to visualize what your new space will look like and make any changes you would like at that time.

Once you approve the rendering and have established a budget for the cabinetry and countertops of your kitchen remodeling project, we will send it off to our cabinet manufacturer and other vendors so that they can begin the process of building the elements of your kitchen remodel. 

Once we know a delivery date for your cabinetry, the contracting phase can be scheduled, starting with the demolition of existing cabinetry.

After the demo day is done, we then proceed with construction. We will be running the new electrical system, plumbing, HVAC, rough lighting, new floors, and any new windows as needed. This is where you watch your old kitchen space being transformed into a fresh, clean, new workable space. 

The next phase in your kitchen remodeling project is to deliver and install your cabinetry, get your countertops templated and installed, your appliances installed, plumbing connected, and your backsplash put in. Then, we celebrate with you and you get to enjoy making great memories with your friends and family sitting around your kitchen island.
