Rebuilding, Expanding, and Thriving — Packard Cabinetry’s Next Chapter

From the mountains to Manhattan — our story of craftsmanship, collaboration, and design continues.

Hendersonville Reimagined

A beautiful rebuild after Hurricane Helena — blending heritage and modern design.

Our Hendersonville showroom, a 3,500-square-foot Arts & Crafts–style building, has been completely rebuilt and now features elegant displays from Rutt, Grabill, Crestwood, and Mouser.

Expanding Across the Triangle

Packard Cabinetry is expanding through a brand-in-brand partnership inside a connected cluster of boutique lifestyle destinations — Sofia’s Boutique, Everyday Goddess, and Riverbee Sanctuary — all adjoining one another and adjoining Flight Tea.

These curated environments allow customers to experience fine cabinetry in warm, real-life settings across the Mebane–Greensboro–Chapel Hill–Durham–Raleigh Triangle.

A Growing Team of Design Talent

With designers Naomi, Ashley, Toni, and Stephanie — under the leadership of Rae Packard, CKD — our team continues to bring creativity, technical expertise, and personalized service to every project.

Serving Homeowners, Architects & Builders

We proudly serve residential clients, AIA-affiliated architects, established builders, and homeowners undertaking luxury renovations, new construction, and tear-down rebuilds.

New York Continues to Thrive

Our New York studios serve Manhattan, Long Island, and the Hamptons with immersive 3D renderings, luxury custom cabinetry, and the support of our centralized Sea Cliff office.

Thank You for Being Part of Our Journey

Our Team

Ashley Socin

Born and raised in San Diego, California, I became a resident of Greensboro, North Carolina in 2024 and proudly joined the Packard Cabinetry team in 2025. I have been in the kitchen design business since 2010, bringing over a decade of experience and a true passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces.

My greatest passions are helping others, spending time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, caring for animals, and—above all—design. I thrive on being hands-on and onsite, transforming empty or outdated spaces into environments that clients truly love coming home to.

Katina Kremelberg

Katina Kremelberg earned her Bachelor’s of Architecture degree in 2009 from the New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury. As a Long Island local, she continued her career as an architectural designer and project manager in New York City and Long Island. She has been working in corporate architecture full-service firms for the past ten years. Katina worked on high-end corporate interior workplace design, new NYC facades, roof decks, residential interiors, new construction, schools, and banks. She values thoughtful design and communication while working with the client to create their design dreams.

Katina is very grateful to have found a place with Packard Cabinetry as a drafting consultant. She is dedicated to hard work and creating space to enjoy hiking, volunteering, traveling, and the outdoors on her time off.

Jennifer Bayer

Beautiful kitchen design should reflect a client’s past and project their future. With over 20 years in design, I strive to make each client’s dreams a reality, translating unique lifestyles into every personalized space. My journey began in animation, where I worked as a supervisor in Austin, TX. From there, I moved into graphic apparel and textile design, and later a construction certification led me to discover my true passion for cabinetry and kitchen design.

I draw inspiration from fine art, architectural history, and contemporary design—and some of my best ideas come from time spent in the kitchen with family. For me, every project is a chance to create something that truly embodies the heart of each home.

Craig Bier. – Operations Manager

I’m excited to be part of the Packard Cabinetry team as Operations Manager for our two North Carolina offices in Hendersonville and Mebane. My role is to ensure that client cabinetry arrives on time, support our talented designers with the “back-of-house” details, and prepare proposals and pricing so they’re client-ready for presentations. I also oversee the upkeep of our offices inside and out.

With more than 30 years of business management experience, I’m embracing the Packard way of doing things and keeping pace with the learning curve. I enjoy discovering the unique cabinet styles and design details that make Packard Cabinetry the gourmet choice for our clients.

Seeing the beautiful designs come together—and the quality our clients select—is one of the most rewarding parts of my position. I look forward to what’s ahead as we continue to create extraordinary kitchens and spaces.

Stephanie Schaefer

I’m Stephanie Schaefer, and my journey into design began in high school. I was drawn to art and interior design classes, and at 15, I started attending the Architectural Digest  Design Show in Manhattan. That’s when I knew I wanted to pursue design as my career.

I continued my education at Long Island’s community design schools, where I learned design programs and CAD skills. I graduated with honors, consistently making the dean’s list and winning the Phi Alpha Sigma awards.

After graduation, I jumped into kitchen design, finding joy in creating beautiful, functional spaces and am excited to bring that passion  to our clients at Packard Cabinetry.

Outside of work, I love cooking, taking care of my dog Archie, practicing yoga, and going for long walks.

I’ve been designing for 6-7 years now, and I’m passionate about turning houses into personalized sanctuaries, especially in a time when people are spending more time at home.
