Packard Cabinetry has always been an institution that is grounded in the local community.  We love building relationships with our customers that endure past the completion of a new kitchen.

As you can imagine, we were thrilled when Yianni Biniaris (who eats breakfast every morning in a Packard Kitchen), asked us to help him realize his Eagle Scout project!

Of course we were happy to help, and Yianni’s project came out wonderfully.  In an effort to reduce the incidence of mosquito-borne illness in his hometown of North Hempstead, Biniaris thought to build houses in which bats – natural predators of mosquitoes – could nest.

We were able to help Yianni source the materials he would need, and his vision and leadership brought the project to reality!
