Sands Point Transitional New Build
This Sands Point water view was a near-new construction with a massive addition that provided both an impressive entrance way as a family room that maximized the water views. The kitchen design task assigned by the design firm of MSM Interiors was not to impede the water view by using opened-back glass wall cabinets. Additionally, the client wanted a fresh look which was different than the ubiquitous white kitchen cabinet. The kitchen designer, Rae Packard, CKD of Packard cabinetry recommended a rift cut oak with a subtle grey stain. The classic inset cabinetry was augmented by an all glass tall cabinet painted in a dark blue to match the two islands.
We loved our experience with Packard Cabinetry from the moment we walked into their showroom to the moment we walked into our new house with our new kitchen! It was a true concierge service, with each member of their team guiding us through decisions along the way. We would highly recommend them!
